Who processes your data

What data we collect
- Basic data: first and last name, phone number, home address.
- Affiliation: the record of who registered you in the community (your activist).
- Participation: a record of election-day turnout — only the fact that you went out to vote, never who you voted for.
- Location: exclusively while a special mode (Election Day / Gathering Day) is active, exclusively with your separate and explicit consent, and always with a visible indicator in the app.
Why we collect it
The purpose of processing is keeping a register of the community's supporters and communicating with them — notifications about events, gatherings and elections. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties outside the community.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a supporter of the community. The end of retention is not a date but your decision: by leaving the community or deleting your account, your personal data is erased.
Your rights
- Erasure: at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by writing to privatnost@podrzavam.rs. Personal data is anonymised and erased within 30 days at the latest.
- Access and correction: you view and edit your own data in the app.
- Withdrawal of consent: you can withdraw location consent at any time, independently of your other data.
- Complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
How we protect it
Data is stored encrypted, access is limited to authorised persons, and every access is logged. This website collects no data whatsoever: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party services.
