Before your first sign-in
Portal accounts are not self-service — your local branch issues yours.
Credentials come from your branch
Your branch creates the account and gives you the email address and password for signing in. If you don't have them, contact your branch — accounts cannot be created through this site.
Two-step confirmation
Along with your password you enter a code from an authenticator app. It is required of everyone who enters the portal, without exception, because the portal handles people's data.
Your phone still matters
The portal does not replace the mobile app. Fieldwork stays on the phone — QR codes, connecting people, notifications. The portal is for desk work.
