Terms of Use
Rules for using the PodržAVam.rs app and this website.
1. Who is behind the app
The PodržAVam.rs app and this website were built and are maintained by Bus Logic DOO, Svetosavska 24, 12000 Požarevac, Company ID (PIB) 108324229, registration number 20976870.
Bus Logic DOO is the controller of the personal data processed through the app. Detailed information on data processing is set out in the Privacy Policy. Contact: info@podrzavam.rs.
2. About the app
The app is intended for adults in Serbia and abroad who wish to register as supporters of the community, connect with an activist, take part in community activities and receive information about events, gatherings, campaigns and other activities.
Use of the app is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Registration
First name, last name and phone number are required for registration. The user provides other data voluntarily, depending on the features they wish to use.
A user may:
- register and enter their own data themselves; or
- ask an activist to help them and enter the data on their behalf.
An activist must not register another person on their own initiative, nor enter data that person has not provided. When an activist carries out the registration, the user must first be informed about the processing of their data and give explicit consent, which is recorded in the system in a way that makes it possible to establish afterwards that consent was given.
One person may have one account, and the phone number is unique in the system.
4. Consent to data processing
Before registering, the user gives explicit consent to the processing of personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Since membership and participation in the community alone may reveal the user's political opinion or affiliation, consent to this processing is given separately, clearly and voluntarily.
The text of the consent the user accepted is recorded together with the version of the text and the record of when consent was given. A user may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. A separate consent, independent of the general consent to use the app, is requested for the use of location.
“I wish to register as a user of the PodržAVam community. I explicitly consent to Bus Logic DOO processing the data that I enter or that, at my request, an activist enters on my behalf, including data from which my political opinion or affiliation may be inferred, for the purpose of maintaining the community record, connecting with activists and other corresponding levels of the community, organizing activities and communicating with me, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time.”
Acceptance of the Terms of Use and awareness of the Privacy Policy should be clearly presented to the user, and consent to data processing should not be pre-ticked.
5. Community organization and access to data
The app is organized hierarchically.
A user sees their own data. An activist may see the data of users connected to them. Higher levels of the organization may have access to the data of persons belonging to the part of the organization for which they are responsible, in accordance with their authorizations. System administrators have access to data to the extent needed to manage and maintain the system. More detailed information on access to data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Data is not provided to persons outside the system or to another organization for their own purposes without an appropriate legal basis or, where required, the user's separate consent.
6. Location
During certain events and activities, a user may be offered the option to turn on location tracking. Location is never turned on automatically. The user decides whether to turn it on and can turn it off at any time. If it remains on, the system automatically turns it off after 12 hours at the latest. Refusing or turning off location does not affect the user's right to use the app's other features.
7. Account deletion and withdrawal of consent
A user may at any time withdraw their consent and request deletion of their account, directly through the app or at info@podrzavam.rs. Deleting the account ends the processing of data for the purposes of membership and activity in the community.
Data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is not kept in a form that enables the complete user profile to be re-established after the user has exercised the right to erasure. Discussion content or activity records may remain visible only in anonymized form, without any possibility of linking them to the user.
8. Prohibited conduct
It is not permitted to: enter another person's data without their knowledge and request; enter inaccurate or fabricated data; open multiple accounts for the same person; attempt unauthorized access to other people's data; misuse data obtained through hierarchical access; disrupt the operation of the system; automatically collect data from the app; or use the app contrary to the law.
An account that violates these rules may be temporarily or permanently disabled after an appropriate review.
9. External content and services
The app may contain links or enable access to services of other providers, such as state or other portals, sports facilities and benefit programs. When a user leaves the app and uses such a service, the rules of that service apply to further data processing.
If a user's data from the app were to be forwarded directly to another service, the user will be notified in advance and, where necessary, their appropriate consent will be obtained.
10. Availability and liability
Bus Logic DOO strives to ensure the reliable operation of the app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical failures, network problems and other circumstances beyond its control.
The app is a tool for organizing and communicating within the community and does not represent an official source of information from the competent state authorities, nor can it replace their information or instructions.
11. Website
The PodržAVam.rs website is informational in nature. Information about any collection of data through the website, including the use of cookies or other similar technologies, is governed by the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
Users will be notified of changes to these Terms through the app. If a change affects the scope or purpose of processing for which consent is required, new consent will be requested from the user before such processing continues.
13. Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these Terms.
